Tuesday:
Today we went over our pre critiques of our posters. I'm feeling actually really confident with mine. There's not too many things I need to change, just really make smaller and also get rid of what doesn't need to be. I'm realizing that I tend to be somebody who likes to make things uniform and symmetrical to an extent. I need to sometimes go out of it and just do whatever. I also am starting to work on the final project for this class. It's so weird how much time is already flying by. I'm hoping to get things all done and situated. I'm planning to watch some videos on After Effects in attempts to learn it.
Thursday:
Today we went over the Powerpoint of Lesson 5: Alignment. Learning things graphically, if you are a designer working with a programmer in terms of JavaScript, you want to be able to defend your statement and reasoning while working together. For example, if you have a layout that's different from a tablet versus a phone, you want to have nice readability between the columns instead of having the reader's eye going all over the place when placement is very weird.
We went over terminology in terms of coding and how we want things to be spaced both vertically as well as the overall layout of a page.
